TSELENTIS ACCOUNTING & TAX, LLC. was founded by Ktisifon (Nick) Tselentis, a licensed Certified Public Accountant, with a simple mission: to treat clients with the utmost respect and assist them with their bookkeeping, financial planning, and tax compliance needs.

Mr. Tselentis has over 15 years of experience, initially working in the public accounting sector as an accountant and tax preparer servicing individuals and small businesses, and later as a tax auditor with the Department of Revenue.

That experience gave him a rare vantage point: a firsthand understanding of how audits are built, what triggers a closer look, and where taxpayers most often get tripped up, sometimes unecessarily.

He brings that inside knowledge to every client relationship. Whether you're facing an audit, trying to stay ahead of one, or simply want your books handled by someone who understands both sides of the process. Mr. Tselentis helps clients make informed decisions instead of guessing at what a taxing authority wants to see.
